Chaukdi (चौकड़ी) — is a brand for good, where every purchase of yours makes a real difference. The brand was born to bridge the gap between upskilling and the market.

Chaukdi works with women collectives trained under not-for-profit Project Surbhi – a rural women welfare project. We bring to you exclusively curated and homegrown products, which are quintessential to every Indian home. The ingredients in Chaukdi’s products are handpicked, organic and pure. Rural women partners persevere to bring to your doorstep products which are culturally rooted in the Heartlands of India – गांव (Gaon or the villages).

                                                 

Our name and logo are dedicated to the poise in which rural women sit cross-legged on the ground and work in villages (‘chaukdi’ mar ke). We aim to create opportunities through this platform for rural women artisans, thereby empowering them sustainably.
