We ship all over India where a courier service is available. Our aim is to deliver your order at your doorstep fast and safe. How can I buy the products in bulk?

How quickly I can receive my order?
All Products purchased from our website www.chaukdi.in shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services. We offer free shipping across India for orders above Rs 1000.00.
Our products are shipped from Lucknow and it takes us 3 -5 business days to deliver your shipment at your doorstep. However, average shipping time is 5-7 days.
What if I’ve received a damaged product, what should I do?
In case. if you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return by reaching out to us on support@chaukdi.in and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction within 24 hours.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" or "Track Order" sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to support@chaukdi.in or just simply whatsapp or call us at +91-8881610555. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2 - 5 days, after the cancellation request is processed.
Note: Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours and delivery will take up to days depending on the delivery address. Once the said order is dispatched to you, it can neither be cancelled nor changed
Can I return the product to Chaukdi?
Yes, you can but only if the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective or expired, then only we can consider your return request. Please send a request to support@chaukdi.in or just simply WhatsApp or call us at +91-8881610555.
Within what duration do I have to make the return request?
If the received product is damaged/ defective or expired, you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt. We might ask to share a snapshot at support@chaukdi.in or simply send the same on our WhatsApp number i.e.; +91-8881610555.
How can I check if Chaukdi delivers to my pin code?
If you think your Pin code is not reachable for most of the delivery partners. You can call us on +91-8881610555, we will check if we can deliver our products to you or not.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive messages on your registered mobile no. and an email about the status of your order. You can also check it on our website under “My Order” section. Once you order on our website, you will receive message about the order confirmation and the expected delivery date of your order, along with tracking link. You can anytime track the order status.
